Before you start
A few things
worth knowing.
Do I need a studio?
No. A quiet room and a decent pair of earphones with a mic will do for a first listen. If we like the voice we'll book you properly.
What happens to my recording?
Nothing, until you send it. The take is made in your browser and saved to your own machine. We only hear it if you email it to us.
Why is there a beep in my take?
Every recording made here carries a repeating watermark. It keeps the file from being used as a finished piece of work by anyone, including us, before there's an agreement in place.
Which language should I read in?
Start in whichever you're strongest in. If you record in more than one, send more than one file. Range is the whole point of this roster.
